The Winter Drives mixtape from Basecamp

My friend and coworker Chris Ward drives a folk collective out of SF called Basecamp. They’ve done some very worthwhile stuff, like Folk4Parks, which involved a 60-park tour in under a month in support of California State Parks. This mix includes Chris, as The Elk, along with some other cool SF musicians (including other friends of mine Grogan Social Scene and Echobloom). I know it’s a bit of a departure from the usual sound of this blog, but I believe in their cause and hope you’ll give them a listen (stream above).
